Alternative dispute resolution under the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act

We point out that we are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Responsibility for content and links

We are responsible for our own content under the general laws. Customers and other users may in addition publish calendar and event entries of their own. There is no general obligation to review third-party information in advance. If we receive a sufficiently specific notice about allegedly illegal content, we review it under our notice and action procedure and take the measures required by law.

Where there are specific indications of an infringement, we review the link in question and remove it where legally required.
